In April 2024, KWU announced a landmark agreement with JRI Hospitality that would move JRI into the role of food service provider for the campus. It took over all services in the fall of 2024, including efforts at the new Bieber Dining Hall.

Monday – Thursday

7:15 a.m. — 10 a.m.: Full breakfast

10 a.m. — 11 a.m.: Light lunch

11 a.m. — 2 p.m.: Lunch

4 p.m. — 5 p.m.: Light dinner

5 p.m. — 8:00 p.m.: Dinner

8 p.m. — 10 p.m. : Late night

Friday

7:15 a.m. — 10 a.m.: Full breakfast
